Most people eat unhealthily, these days, (especially those who cannot say no to food), even those who are calorie counters because they do not always eat the correct foods anyway. Some of these people just eat everything in sight, including all the food past its sell by date. It’s the person with the sweet tooth you have to watch carefully!
